Susan Shaughnessy began her career in the early 90's helping to develop, edit and produce for a wide range of photographers worldwide. These initial relationships led her to working as a producer in Oregon, sharpening what would later become the stepping stone for SKS Productions. Prior to the establishment of SKS, Susan engaged with AGENCY.COM as their NY Photography Director, guiding global creative teams how to create and manage digital content, while connecting artists with designers and directors who were launching big brands online, for the first time. With over 20 years in the photography arena, she now expands her entrepreneurial interests to direct Sidecar, collaborating with artists to discover new ways to stand out and succeed in an evolving marketplace that continues to creatively challenge contemporary artistry.
Edward Buerger worked with Bernstein & Andriulli as a photography representative for 15 years. He began his education hating photography while studying painting and Marxism at Sarah Lawrence College. After graduating, he worked at MoMA dealing with the insane. At Bernstein & Andriulli he discovered a love for photography but more importantly a love for photographers and their creative process. His eye for what is beautiful yet commercially relevant led him to be a well-respected collaborator with the artists.
